SmartViewer SV1 - a novelty from the manufacturer STEC - STAR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., a miniature RTK receiver with a built-in camera and an inertial tilt sensor (IMU).
Key features: Thanks to the ZENITH SmartViewer algorithm, it is able to track the signals of all constellations with an incredibly high speed of obtaining a fixed solution, even under dense tree cover or near tall buildings. Coordinates are double-checked to ensure maximum accuracy. A unique rendering solution based on the fusionAR augmented reality algorithm, which coordinates cameras on both the controller and the receiver. When you are far enough away from the hover point, the controller shows you the general direction to the point. A few steps away from the point, the controller will smoothly switch to the camera under the receiver and show more accurate directions to the point.
STEC IMU makes your work easier, leaving unforgettable impressions and real pleasure. There is no need for calibration and initialization. A few seconds after receiving a fixed solution, you go into tip&go mode. Just bring the tip of the milestone to a point at any angle up to 60° and press save the coordinates of the point and you can move to the next point.
With an internal 2W VHF Rx/Tx radio that has high efficiency and low power consumption with S-LINK protocol, the Smart Viewer provides a stable data link up to 15 km away.
The built-in battery with a capacity of 6800mAh provides a maximum time of continuous operation of up to 15 hours. A convenient Type-C interface is used to charge the receiver, thanks to PD (rapid charging) technology, the receiver battery can be fully charged in 3 hours. The SmartViewer SV1, combined with its magnesium alloy body, weighs only 695g, including the battery.
